You need to try our Sausage Seasonings. We have over a thousand of our customers using one or more of them and they really like them. I can see why, they take all the risk out of making sausage. Each package is set up to make 25 lbs of really good sausage. All you need is really fresh cold meat and mix it thoroughly and stuff it into casings. There are many choices. The most popular is our venison sausage mix. It has a really unique flavor that tastes great either fresh, barbecued or smoked. Another popular mix is the bohemian garlic mix. It has the bare minimum of seasonings that allows the flavor of the meat to really come through. This is the mixture that many of our families around Frelsburg have been using for over 100 years. Other favorites are the pork sausage mixs, Italian, Polish, Chorizzo, boudin, wild hog and beef stick but all of the sausage mixes have been with us for many years and they are all good sellers.
