First select "Printable Order Form" on the shopping cart page

1. To pay by Cashiers Check: Send in your cashiers check for total amount along with printed order form. Your order will ship upon receipt of cashiers check.

2. To pay by Money Order: Send in your money order for total amount along with printed order form. Your order will ship upon receipt of money order.

3. To pay by Personal or Business Check: Send in check for total amount of order along with your printed order form. Checks are held two weeks until the check clears, then your order is shipped.

4. To pay by Wire Transfer: Please call 1-800-300-5081 and speak to Leslie for account numbers.
